GENERAL MEETING OCTOBER 2023 MEETING MINUTES

The Pony Creek Homeowners Association Board met at the Community Building on October 15th, 2023. The meeting was called to order at 2:20 pm. Board Members present included: Verlin Phelps, President, Tim Gibbs, Vice President, Suzanne Wick, Treasurer. Board Members: Barb Simmons, Randy Greenwood, Mike Bogenreif and Tristan Nolan.

Quorum – total homeowners 49 (7 ineligible to vote due to past dues owed) Qurom set at 24.

The meeting began with Verlin thanking everyone for coming. The floor was opened to any and all who had questions and or concerns that they would like to address. The Roads and Water seemed to be the main item of discussion. A Qurom was met and Ballots for election were handed out. Proxy and Absentee votes were collected. At this time elections for Vice President, Secretary, and 2 Board members were on the Ballot.

Verlin nominated Tim Gibbs for Vice President – Tim accepted the Nomination.

Mickie Perian was also nominated and accepted the Nomination.

Suzanne Wick accepted the nomination for Secretary (even though the Secretary is a Board appointed position) This gave the homeowners a chance to write in a nomination for Secretary.

Barb Simmons and Randy Greenwood accepted their nominations and were listed on the Ballots for Board Members. There was several Write In lines for Homeowners to write in their nominations for Board Members.

Results of the election were as follows: Vice President Tim Gibbs 21 Votes

Mickie Perian 14 Votes

Boad Members Randy Greenwood 21 Votes

Barb Simmons 21 Votes

Josh Taylor 17 Votes

Jared Tapp 4 Votes

Secretary Suzanne Wick 24 Votes

Cathy Smith 12 Votes (not a homeowner)

Results (President was not up for election this cycle).
