JUNE 2022 MEETING MINUTES

The Pony Creek Homeowners Association Board met at the Park on June 14th, 2022. The meeting was called to order at 6:28pm. Board Members present included: Verlin Phelps, President, Tim Gibbs, Vice President, Suzanne Wick, Treasurer, Board Members: Mike Bogenreif and Randy Greenwood.

Suzanne Wick emailed copies of the May 2022 Monthly Treasurer report and the May 2022 Meeting Minutes prior to the meeting. Hard copies were also available at the meeting. A motion was made by Mike to accept the minutes as submitted. Randy Seconded. All approved.

Treasurer Report: Motion made by Randy to accept the Treasurer Report as submitted. Seconded by Mike. All approved.

Monthly Report Bank Statement balance June 1 st , 2022, $ 3,247.88. Balance in the Checking account = $ 952.64 as of July 11, 2022. Expenses paid during June included, Water Testing, Road Grading, Payment to Smith Petersen Law Firm, Heimes - Rock, Turd Toters, Thirteen Stripes, Fred’s Trash, Tractor payment and Mid-American Energy.

Update on Court Cases- pending cases have been settled. A new letter from the attorney regarding Development No. 2 requesting access to use PCHA Dev. 1 private road for Well maintenance. This will be discussed at the next meeting.

Water Report: Water consumption was in excess of 8,000 gallons at one point but now is back into normal usage.

Road Report: Rock is scheduled to be delivered and the roads graded when rock is delivered. Park: Mike will be looking to maybe borrow a pull behind mower that he can use with the Tractor to do some additional mowing along the bank and in the timber. We will be renting a mini excavator to move some rock out of some areas in the Park (and putting it on the Drive to the Park) as well as doing some tree trimming. Verlin and Mike will get together and decide on a day to get this done.

Old Business: Website is ready and being tested. Homeowners will be notified of the new PCHA website and provided a link to access Meeting reports as well as pay their dues.

New Business: No new business.

Randy made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:10 p.m. Mike seconded. All Approved.

Next Board meeting to be held July 12th , 2022, at 6:30 at the Park.
