Since 1976, we have worked on behalf of our homeowners to maintain and improve our community.

Our Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is made up of volunteers, with the exception of our Treasurer. The Board consists of a President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, and Members at Large. Current board members are listed below.

Our Responsibilities

Some of the things that the PCHA is responsible for include:

  • Water Testing

  • Trash Pick-Up

  • Park Maintenance

  • Road Maintenance

  • Snow Removal

  • Water Distribution

Getting Involved

The Board of Directors encourages homeowners to stay involved with their community. Homeowners are welcome to join our meeting, which occurs on the second Tuesday of each month at 6:30 PM. Weather permitting, these meetings are held at the park.

In addition to monthly meetings, annual and semi-annual meetings are posted on our calendar. These meetings are used to elect officers to the Board of Directors and gather input from the community on HOA decisions.
