SEPTEMBER 2023 MEETING MINUTES

The Pony Creek Homeowners Association Board met at the Park on September 12th, 2023. The meeting was called to order at 6:40 pm. Board Members present included: Verlin Phelps, President, Tim Gibbs, Vice President, Suzanne Wick, Treasurer. Board Members: Barb Simmons, Randy Greenwood, Mike Bogenreif and Tristan Nolan.

Suzanne Wick emailed copies of the August 2023 Monthly Treasurer report and the August 2023 Meeting Minutes prior to the meeting. Hard copies of the reports were available at the meeting. Tim made a motion to accept the August minutes as submitted. Seconded by Mike. All approved.

Treasurer Report: Motion made by Mike to accept the August Treasurer Report as submitted. Seconded by Tim. All approved.

Monthly Report Bank Statement balance September 1 st , 2023, $ 5,217.19

Balance in the Checking account = $ 1,842.28 as of October 4th, 2023. Expenses paid during September included: Water Testing, Road Grading, Tractor payment, CB Well -water repair, Park mowing, Mills County Treasurer, Fred’s Trash and Mid-American Energy.

Received invoice from Attorney regarding collections on 2 properties pertaining to collection of past due monies owed to the Association. Discussion among Board members regarding this issue took place.

Water Report: Nothing new to report.

Road Report: More rock will be ordered.

Park: Nothing new to report.

Old Business: Nomination forms and Amendments were mailed out to all Homeowners.

New Business: Annual Meeting will be held Sunday October 15th , 2023 at 2 pm. There will be a potluck. Election of two Board members and the Vice President will be held. Absentee Ballots will be emailed prior to the meeting.

Mike made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:00 p.m. Randy seconded. All Approved.

Next Board meeting to be October 10th, 2023 at 6:30 p.m. at the Park.
