OCTOBER 2024 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING MINUTES

Annual General Meeting was held on October 20th, 2024.

There were not enough Homeowners in attendance or proxy ballots to make the 24 needed for a Quorum.

The following Homeowners were in attendance: Suzanne Wick, Craig Johnson, Barb Simmons, Derick and Nicole Bowers, Marlo and Filip Ibarra, Randy Greenwood, Sandy Parson, Verlin Phelps, Tristan Nolan, Mike Bogenreif, Tim and Kathy Gibbs.

The PCHA Board was in attendance and called a Board meeting to order at 2:08 pm. The purpose of the meeting was to appoint a new Board Member.

Barb made a motion to appoint Derick Bowers to the Board. Randy seconded. All approved.

Barb made a motion to adjourn at 2:15 pm. Seconded by Tim. All approved.
