OCTOBER 2022 MEETING MINUTES
The Pony Creek Homeowners Association Board met at Tim Gibbs garage (due to the weather) on October 11th , 2022. The meeting was called to order at 6:33pm. Board Members present included: Verlin Phelps, President, Tim Gibbs, Vice President, Suzanne Wick, Treasurer. Board Members: Randy Greenwood and Barb Simmons. Mike Bogenreif – absent. Homeowners present included Lisa Draper, Marlo Ibarra, Theresa and Chris Roberts.
Suzanne Wick emailed copies of the September 2022 Monthly Treasurer report and the September 2022 Meeting Minutes prior to the meeting. Hard copies were also available at the meeting. A motion was made by Randy to accept the minutes as submitted. Tim Seconded. All approved.
Treasurer Report: Motion made by Tim to accept the Treasurer Report as submitted. Seconded by Randy. All approved.
Monthly Report Bank Statement balance October 1st, 2022, $ 2,950.46.
Balance in the Checking account = $ 2,224.91 as of November 7th, 2022. Expenses paid during October included, Water Testing, Thirteen Stripes (Park mowing), Fred’s Trash, Tractor payment, CB Well (Water Repair) Smith Petersen (Legal fees), and Mid-American Energy.
Water Report: Repairs have been done. The final invoice from Driver Well and Sewer has been received. Chemicals need to be ordered. Verlin reported that Rural water has been installed by Glenwood and is located on the other side of the lake. Verlin will be talking to Glenwood Water to see if our development can be put on the new line and a meter installed on each house.
Road Report: Nothing new to report on the roads. Rock will be ordered when funds are available.
Park: Park mowing is finished for the season. Tree trimming and maintenance has been postponed at this time.
Old Business: A 6 foot wide pull behind box for the tractor will have to be custom made as there are only 10’ and 12’ that are made. This has been tabled at this time until funds become available.
The Annual meeting was held October 16th, 2022 – Sunday at 2 pm at the Park. Those present included Suzie Wick, Bobby Cabello, Verlin Phelps, Tim and Kathy Gibbs, Brittny Miller, Sandra Ritchie, Pat Ritchie, Randy, Colton and Linda Greenwood, Mike and Debra Bogenreif, Barb Simmons, Ken Clinard. There was not enough homeowners present to hold a meeting. We had a great Potluck.
New Business: No new business
Tim made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:10 p.m. Barb seconded. All Approved.
Next Board meeting to be held November 8th, 2022 at Tim Gibbs garage.
