DECEMBER 2022 MEETING MINUTES
The Pony Creek Homeowners Association Board met at Tim Gibbs garage (due to the weather) on December 13th, 2022. The meeting was called to order at 6:22 pm. Board Members present included: Verlin Phelps, President, Tim Gibbs, Vice President, Suzanne Wick, Treasurer. Board Members: Mike Bogenreif. Randy Greenwood.
Suzanne Wick emailed copies of the November 2022 Monthly Treasurer report and the November 2022 Meeting Minutes prior to the meeting. Hard copies were also available at the meeting. A motion was made by Randy to accept the minutes as submitted. Tim Seconded. All approved.
Treasurer Report: Motion made by Tim to accept the Treasurer Report as submitted. Seconded by Randy. All approved.
Monthly Report Bank Statement balance December 1st, 2022, $ 3,628.75
Balance in the Checking account = $ 5,633.48 as of January 9th, 2023. Expenses paid during December included: Water Testing, Tractor payment, Snow Removal, Fred’s Trash and Mid-American Energy.
The new PCHA website is up and running. Verlin made a test payment using the site and it was posted correctly.
Water Report: Driver Sewer made a repair to the 4 way Tee connection at Well 3. The connection had cracked and was leaking. A invoice for this repair has not been received at the time of this meeting.
Lot 40 had a water line break. Water for this Lot had been shut off in October. The Board is working to find out how the water was turned back on. The owner will be charged a shut off fee of $100.
Road Report: Mike and Randy will be getting the chains installed on the Grader. Mike will get the new Ice blades ordered and installed.
Park: Nothing new to report.
Old Business: None
New Business: Working on filing Small Claims against several Homeowners for non-payment of monthly dues.
Packages delivered by UPS being left at mailboxes. Someone is stealing contents. Suzie will contact UPS.
Tim made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 6:51 p.m. Mike seconded. All Approved.
