NOVEMBER 2022 MEETING MINUTES
The Pony Creek Homeowners Association Board met at Tim Gibbs garage (due to the weather) on November 8th , 2022. The meeting was called to order at 6:30 pm. Board Members present included: Verlin Phelps, President, Tim Gibbs, Vice President, Suzanne Wick, Treasurer. Board Members: Mike Bogenreif. Randy Greenwood and Barb Simmons– absent.
Suzanne Wick emailed copies of the October 2022 Monthly Treasurer report and the October 2022 Meeting Minutes prior to the meeting. Hard copies were also available at the meeting. A motion was made by Tim to accept the minutes as submitted. Mike Seconded. All approved.
Treasurer Report: Motion made by Mike to accept the Treasurer Report as submitted. Seconded by Tim. All approved.
Monthly Report Bank Statement balance November 1st, 2022, $ 5,058.91
Balance in the Checking account = $ 3,248.25 as of December 9th, 2022. Expenses paid during November included: Water Testing, Driver Sewer and Water (Repair), Fred’s Trash, Tractor payment, Smith Petersen (Legal fees), and Mid-American Energy. The Board is testing out the new PCHA website to make sure that payments made on the website are being posted correctly.
Water Report: Nothing new to report except for a new heater for the well house will be purchased.
Road Report: It has been decided that we will not be needing a new box spreader after all. Chains need to be installed on the Grader along with the Ice blades. Mike will work on getting the Grader ready for snow removal.
Park: Park mowing is finished for the season. Tree trimming and maintenance has been postponed until Spring.
Old Business: Legal fees to be paid off this month.
New Business: No new business
Tim made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 7:00 p.m. Mike seconded. All Approved.
Next Board meeting to be held December 13th, 2022 at Tim Gibbs garage.
